研究吸附活性白土、活性炭、硅藻土、钙质膨润土、高岭土、活性氧化铝、氧化镁、凹凸棒土的脱色效果,采用紫外-可见分光光度法检测五味子果实溶液、藤茎溶液吸光度,测定五味子果实、藤茎中总三萜含量,计算五味子果实、藤茎样品的脱色率、总三萜的保留率。结果表明,凹凸棒土对五味子果实提取液脱色效果最好,脱色率可达60.47%,活性炭对五味子藤茎提取液的脱色效果较好,脱色率达到69.24%,并且对总三萜的保留率相对较高。8种吸附脱色剂中,凹凸棒土对五味子果实溶液脱色效果最佳,活性炭对藤茎溶液的脱色效果最佳。
The decolorizing effect of activated clay, activated carbon, diatomite, calcareous bentonite, kaolin, activated alumina, magnesia and attapulgite was studied. The absorbency of fructus schisandra fruit solution and cane solution was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Fruit, cane total triterpene content, calculation of Schisandra fruit, cane sample decolorization rate, total triterpene retention rate. The results showed that attapulgite had the best decolorization effect on Fructus schisandra chinensis fruit extract, the decolorization rate was up to 60.47%, the decolorization efficiency of Fructus Schisandrae Cortex extract was better, the decolorization rate reached 69.24%, and the retention rate of total triterpene Relatively high. Among the eight kinds of adsorption decolorants, attapulgite had the best decoloring effect on the fructus schisandrae fruit decoction solution and the activated carbon had the best decoloring effect on the cane solution.
