文化智力是对人们理解与适应不同文化环境的能力的衡量。不同国家和地区拥有各自不同的文化体系,而在不同文化体系中,人们的行为方式、情感的表达方式以及态度和价值观也存在着明显的差异。元认知性文化智力是实现有效沟通的基础,认知性文化智力是实现有效沟通的关键,动机性文化智力是实现有效沟通的动力,行为性文化智力是实现有效沟通的保障。要提高跨文化中沟通能力,需要增强对外域文化的了解、提高对新文化环境的适应能力。
Cultural intelligence is a measure of people’s ability to understand and adapt to different cultural environments. Different countries and regions have their own different cultural systems. In different cultural systems, people’s behaviors, sentiments and attitudes and values are obviously different. Metacognitive cultural intelligence is the basis for effective communication. Cognitive cultural intelligence is the key to effective communication. Motivational cultural intelligence is the driving force for effective communication. Behavioral cultural intelligence is the guarantee for effective communication. To improve intercultural communication skills, it is necessary to enhance understanding of the culture of the outlying regions and to improve their adaptability to the new cultural environment.
