结合叶尔羌河中游渠首实际工程,针对混凝土使用特细砂的工程特点,开展了原材料品质检测及选择、特细砂混凝土配合比的参数优选及设计、特细砂混凝土性能试验等。结果表明:特细砂对混凝土和易性,尤其是流动性影响显著,通过掺入高效减水剂、引气剂、粉煤灰,采用较低水胶比和砂率,不仅可配制出强度等级C10、C20、C25、C30、抗渗等级P6、抗冻等级F150、坍落度为50~70mm的常态混凝土,而且也可配制出强度等级C20的大流动性泵送混凝土,且特细砂混凝土表现出良好的抗冻和抗渗性能。
In combination with the actual project of the headway of Yarkant River middle reaches, aiming at the engineering characteristics of special fine sand used in concrete, raw material quality testing and selection, parameter optimization and design of special fine sand concrete mixing ratio and performance test of special fine sand concrete were carried out.
