研究不同蛋白源饲料对仿刺参幼参体成分和消化酶活性的影响。选择120头平均体质量为3.29 g幼参,随机分为4组,分别投喂以鱼粉、贻贝肉粉、豆粕粉和虾糠粉为蛋白源的饲料,试验30 d。结果表明,在不同蛋白源饲料组中,幼参体壁中粗蛋白和水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05),粗脂肪含量在鱼粉组与豆粕组间差异显著(P<0.05),贻贝肉组粗灰分含量显著高于其他饲料组(P<0.05);各饲料组间蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活力均无显著差异(P>0.05),豆粕组和鱼粉组纤维素酶比活力显著高于虾糠组和贻贝肉组(P<0.05)。
The effects of different protein sources on the body composition and digestive enzyme activity of Sophora japonica Thunb.
