利用新型农村合作医疗与互助医疗试点地区3年的基线调查和随访数据,将主观健康测量指标与客观健康测量指标相结合,建立结构方程模型,在探讨健康的测量指标体系的基础上,对互助医疗和新型农村合作医疗这两种具有代表型的农村医疗保障模式改善健康的效果进行比较评价。结果发现,EQ-5D所测量的主观健康与传统健康测量指标所测量的客观健康之间具有较高的一致性。互助医疗在改善健康方面显示了更好的长期效果。
Based on the 3-year baseline survey and follow-up data of the new rural cooperative medical and mutual-aid medical pilot areas, subjective health indicators and objective health indicators were combined to establish the structural equation model. Based on the discussion of the health measurement index system, Health care and new rural cooperative medical care are the two representative models of rural health insurance to improve the health effect of comparative evaluation. The results showed that subjective health measured by EQ-5D was in good agreement with objective health measured by traditional health measures. Hospice shows better long-term results in improving health.
