进入21世纪,人类加快了向现代社会迈进的步伐,科学技术、文化思想日新月异,国际交流不断加强,竞争日趋激烈。党的十八大曾首次高度概括社会主义核心价值观的内容,在课程改革的大背景下,在当前教育的形势下,我国教育的目标不仅仅在于知识领域的教育,更多的是对学生综合能力的培养以及帮助学生树立正确的价值观和社会主义核心价值观,课程资源是教学信息的来源。课程资源的有效利用,就是寻找一切可能进入课程,能够与教育教学活动联系起来的资源,对于历史学科来讲就是有效利用历史课程资源培养核心价值观。
