多媒体辅助教学作为一种现代化教学手段,并不是排斥传统教学手段,应是二者有机结合,优势互补,获得最大的教学效果。初中化学是基础教育的重要组成部分,对于化学教学而言,由于它比其他学科更具复杂性、微观性和抽象性,这样使得学生对化学知识很难有直观的认识和理解。多媒体计算机以其强大的功能,运用图像、动画、声音、文字信息等,向学生诠释其中的奥妙,展现化学教学中基础知识,模拟微观世界的粒子运动,演示危险性较大的实验,增加了课堂信息量,调动了学生的积极性,优化了课堂结构,大大提高了教学效率,推动了课堂教学的改革。我们应思考如何最大限度发挥多媒体优势,优化化学课堂教学效能的同时正确看待多媒体补助化学教学的弊端和理解的误区。
