Constructing a harmonious socialist society is a major task put forward by our party from the overall goal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has adapted to the objective requirements of China’s reform and development to enter a critical period and reflects the broad masses of the people. Fundamental benefit
