东明黄河大桥由于跨中下挠和箱梁腹板裂缝的原因,危及桥梁安全,为了恢复原设计承载能力,保证大桥运营安全,施工中对箱梁采用了封闭箱梁裂缝、粘贴钢板、加厚腹板、粘贴碳纤维、增设横隔板和增加体外预应力等措施进行加固。通过加固后的荷载试验表明,承载能力和刚度已达到原设计要求。着重介绍维修加固的设计要点、施工组织、施工方法和注意事项。
In order to restore the original design carrying capacity and ensure the safe operation of the bridge, the Dongming Yellow River Bridge endangered the safety of the bridge due to the mid-span deflection and the crack of the web of the box girder. In the construction, closed box girder cracks were used for the box girder, Webs, carbon fiber paste, the addition of horizontal partitions and increase external prestress reinforcement measures. Through the reinforced load test shows that the bearing capacity and stiffness have reached the original design requirements.
