利用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定系统对俄罗斯杨和银×新杨叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、相对湿度、大气CO2浓度、光合有效辐射和叶温等生理生态指标的日变化进行了研究。结果表明:俄罗斯杨和银×新杨叶片的Pn、Cond和Tr的日变化均为典型的“双峰”曲线,最高峰和次高峰分别出现在11:00和16:00,在14:00有明显的“午休”现象,气孔限制因素是导致“午休”的主要原因。相关分析表明,俄罗斯杨和银×新杨叶片的Pn的主要影响因子为PAR、Cond、Tr、RH、Ci和Tleaf。
The photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, relative humidity, atmospheric CO2 concentration, photosynthetically active radiation and leaf temperature of the leaves of Russian poplar and silver × Poplar were measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The diurnal changes were studied. The results showed that the diurnal variations of Pn, Cond and Tr in the leaves of Populus × yaoxia × Populus × japonicus were typical “double peak” curves, the highest and the second peak appeared at 11:00 and 16:00, respectively. At 14:00 There is a clear “lunch break ” phenomenon, stomatal limitation is the main reason leading to “lunch break ”. Correlation analysis showed that the main influencing factors of Pn in Russian poplar and silver × Poplar were PAR, Cond, Tr, RH, Ci and Tleaf.
