随着我国经济的快速发展和改革开放的不断深入,我国的国有企业基层党建工作面临这新形势下的诸多问题挑战。为了解决国企基层党建工作实效性不高的问题,必须将创新国企基层党建工作方法作为切入点,提升对国企基层党建的重视程度,提升党建科学化水平,不断提高国企核心竞争力。本文主要探讨了新时期国企基层党建工作的创新路径。
With the rapid economic development and deepening of reform and opening up in our country, the grass-roots party building in our state-owned enterprises is facing many challenges under this new situation. In order to solve the problem of the ineffectiveness of party building at the grassroots level in state-owned enterprises, we must take the method of innovating the grass-roots party building in state-owned enterprises as an entry point, raise the importance attached to party building at the grassroots level, raise the scientific level of party building and continuously improve the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises. This article mainly discusses the innovation path of the grass-roots party building in state-owned enterprises in the new era.
