复刚度是衡量汽车悬置性能的重要指标。已有文献往往只考虑橡胶悬置主方向的复刚度,此次试验将对3个方向参数分别进行测试,为后期振动分析提供更全面的科学依据。为了克服单个试件在试验中存在附加弯扭力和试验夹具振动变形的问题,提出了一种并联式复刚度测试方法。同时还运用一种基于功率谱函数的复刚度后处理方法,通过Matlab软件编程获得不同频率下不同幅值的复刚度值,使得试验精度和可行性大大提高。
Complex stiffness is an important indicator of vehicle mountability. The existing literature only considers the complex stiffness of the main direction of the rubber suspension. The test will test the three directions respectively to provide a more comprehensive scientific basis for the later vibration analysis. In order to overcome the problem of additional bending torque and vibration of the test fixture in a single specimen, a parallel rigid stiffness test method is proposed. At the same time, a kind of complex stiffness post-processing method based on power spectrum function is also used to obtain complex stiffness values of different amplitudes at different frequencies through Matlab software programming, which greatly improves the test accuracy and feasibility.
