本文从电涡流传感器检测机理着手,用被测参数的数学模型,结合检测电路,通过电路参数的选择,对传感器的线性度进行调整。文中给出一个实用电路,在探头直径1/5测量范围内,线性度可达到±0.6%FS以内。实验表明,这种方法对提高电涡流传感器性能有实际应用价值。
In this paper, the eddy current sensor detection mechanism to proceed with the mathematical model of the measured parameters, combined with the detection circuit, the choice of circuit parameters to adjust the linearity of the sensor. A practical circuit is given in the paper, with a linearity of ± 0.6% FS over a probe diameter of 1/5. Experiments show that this method has practical application value to improve the performance of eddy current sensor.
