小额(担保)贷款是促进再就业工作的重要政策之一,落实好这一政策,不仅能够帮助下岗失业人员解决自谋职业和自主创业的资金困难,为他们再就业创造条件,而且也是政府为下岗失业人员办实事的具体体现。为了进一步推动我省小额(担保)贷款工作深入开展,今年5月份,福建省劳动保障厅组织有关省直单位和市县同志赴小额(担保)贷款工作开展较好的重庆、江西学习考察。一路走来,颇有启示。
