由于历史和现实的诸多因素,高职院校的专业与地方产业结构契合度不高,这不仅极大损害了高职教育的社会信誉,而且导致人才市场上高技能人才短缺与高职毕业生就业难的结构性矛盾长期得不到有效缓解。本文认为必须优化专业结构,提升专业与产业的契合度,充分发挥政府的主导作用和院校的主体作用,加速师资队伍的转型,加大重点和新兴专业建设投入。
Due to many factors of history and reality, the fit between higher vocational colleges and local industrial structure is not high, which not only greatly damaged the social reputation of higher vocational education but also led to the shortage of highly-skilled personnel in the talent market and higher vocational graduates The long-term structural contradictions in employment have not been effectively alleviated. This paper argues that we must optimize the professional structure, enhance the professional and industrial fit, give full play to the leading role of government and the main role of institutions, to accelerate the transformation of teachers, increase the focus and investment in emerging professional construction.
