研究了35CrMo钢曲轴离子软氮化后的显微组织和特性。结果表明,经离子软氮化的材料具有表面硬度高、化合物层厚和渗氮层深的特点,并且比离子氮化的材料具有更优良的耐磨性和疲劳强度。
The microstructures and properties of 35CrMo steel after soft nitriding were studied. The results show that the material by ion nitriding has the characteristics of high surface hardness, compound layer thickness and nitrided layer depth, and has better wear resistance and fatigue strength than ion nitriding materials.
