本文研究了３２名青光眼患者球后麻醉后应用砝码式眼球压迫器压迫眼球后眼压的变化。结果表明压迫前青光眼患者平均眼压显著高于正常人（ｐ＜０．０５）；压迫后１─５分钟时青光眼患者眼压轻度下降，平均降低３．９２±２．１３ｍｍＨｇ，１０─１５分钟时眼压基本接近原来水平，并且眼压降低幅度和低压持续时间明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）。本文讨论了青光眼术前压迫眼球对青光眼患者视功能影响和临床应用价值。
In this paper, the changes of intraocular pressure (IOP) in 32 patients with glaucoma after ophthalmic anesthesia were measured by using a weighted ophthalmic compression device. The results showed that the average intraocular pressure in patients with pre-oppression glaucoma was significantly higher than the normal (p <0.05); 1 -5 minutes after oppression glaucoma patients with a slight decrease in intraocular pressure, with an average reduction of 3.92 ± 2.13mmHg, 10 ─ 15 IOP was almost the same as the original level at minute, and the duration of IOP reduction and duration of IOP was significantly lower than that of normal subjects (P <0.05). This article discusses the preoperative glaucoma ophthalmic ophthalmic ophthalmic ophthalmic function and clinical value.
