本文应用40%碘油10ml、15ml注射用水、多种表面活性剂、60mg顺钠等物质配制成40%的抗癌复合性乳剂(亦称复乳)。健康杂种犬10只,分为两组,乳剂栓塞组5只,应用seldinger法经皮股动脉穿刺插管,经导管注射乳剂(2ml/kg)及明胶海绵栓塞肝动脉;碘油栓塞组5只,碘油与顺铂(按公斤体重与乳剂组中含碘油、顺钻的量相同)混均后直接注入肝动脉,然后注入明胶海绵。对两组动物的栓塞后反应、实验室及病理改变进行了详细观察。结果显示:我们制做的复乳较稳定,放置3个月颗粒大小、分布不变。实验组中见复乳均匀栓塞末梢细小动脉,淋巴管内亦见有乳剂颗粒,而对照组与之相反。对复乳的代谢世与对照组的碘油代谢不同,实验组动物的毒副反应明显低于对照组。因此我们制做的抗癌药复合性乳剂稳定好、用于动脉灌注毒性低。
In this paper, 40% lipiodol 10ml, 15ml water for injection, a variety of surfactants, 60mg cis sodium and other substances formulated into 40% anticancer composite emulsion (also known as multiple milk). Healthy hybrid dogs 10 were divided into two groups, five emulsion embolization group, seldinger percutaneous femoral artery catheterization, catheter injection of emulsion (2ml / kg) and gelatin sponge embolization of the hepatic artery; lipiodol embolization group 5 , Lipiodol and cisplatin (in kg body weight and emulsion group containing iodized oil, the same amount of rhinoceros) mixed directly injected into the hepatic artery, and then injected gelatin sponge. Embolization of the two groups of animals, laboratory and pathological changes were observed in detail. The results showed that: we made more stable milk, placed 3 months particle size, the same distribution. In the experimental group, multiple arterial embolization of peripheral arterioles was seen in multiple emulsions. There were also emulsion particles in the lymphatic vessels, while the control group was the opposite. Metabolism of multiple milk and the control group of iodized oil metabolism is different from the experimental group of animals, the toxicity was significantly lower than the control group. Therefore, we made anti-cancer compound emulsion stable, low toxicity for arterial perfusion.
