(接上期)5基于制造验收标准的UT要求(强制性附录Ⅵ)5.1适用范围本附录提供按基于车间制造验收标准进行自动或半自动超声检测的有关要求。所谓制造验收标准,即根据缺陷表征(包括定性——如裂纹、未熔合、未焊透、夹渣等,以及定量——如测长等),来对焊缝进行验收的标准。5.2工艺规程和规程评定基于制造验收标准的UT工艺规程,除满足表4规定的通用性量化要求(20项)外,还必须满足表6规定的特定性量化要求(6项)。
(Continued) 5 UT Requirements Based on Manufacturing Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory Appendix VI) 5.1 Scope This appendix provides the requirements for automatic or semi-automatic ultrasonic testing based on the acceptance criteria for the manufacturing of the shop floor. The so-called manufacturing acceptance criteria, that is based on the characterization of defects (including qualitative - such as cracks, unfused, incomplete penetration, slag and so on, and quantitative - such as length measurement, etc.) to weld acceptance criteria. 5.2 Procedures and Procedures Assessment Based on manufacturing acceptance criteria, UT procedures, in addition to meeting the general quantification requirements (20 items) as specified in Table 4, must meet the specific quantification requirements (6 items) as specified in Table 6.
