吃饭时,胃肠需要大量的血液,以帮助消化吸收。蹲着吃饭,使下肢的血液不能很快回流,就必然影响食物的消化吸收。再则,蹲着吃饭使腹部受到挤压,吃进的食物在胃里停留时间延长,也影响肠胃蠕动和胃液的分泌。久而久之,人的食欲和胃的功能就会受到不应有的抑制,使身体健康受到影响。所以,不应蹲着吃饭。
