“马锡五审判”是由马锡五同志①创立于陕甘宁革命根据地时期的审判方式。其特点是在坚持“审判与调解制度相结合”的思想指导下,综合运用简化诉讼手续、实行巡回审判、深入田间地头了解案情等方式方法,实现特殊时期边区群众对司法正义的需求。
“Ma Xi Wu trial ” by Comrade Ma Xi Wu ① was founded in the revolutionary base of Shaanxi and Gansu during the trial. It is characterized by adherence to the “combination of trial and mediation system” and the comprehensive utilization of methods of simplifying litigation procedures, conducting trial tours and deepening knowledge of the facts in the field so as to meet the needs of the border area people in the special times for judicial justice.
