随着纳米科技与产业的迅速发展,纳米颗粒对人体健康的影响正成为人们普遍关心的问题。研究表明,纳米颗粒可通过引发内皮细胞、心肌细胞等的氧化损伤,致使其功能受损或死亡,引发心血管系统炎症,改变血液的流体学特征,并影响血管的舒缩功能,使血压升高,加速动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展,增加动脉粥样斑块的不稳定性,促进血栓的形成;另一方面,还可能通过影响心脏自主性神经的功能等机制,从而引发心律不齐、心肌梗塞和心衰竭等心血管疾病。本文综述了纳米颗粒对心血管系统影响及其机制研究的新进展,并对今后深入研究纳米颗粒对心血管细胞毒性作用方面提出展望。
With the rapid development of nanotechnology and industry, the impact of nanoparticles on human health is becoming a common concern. Studies have shown that nanoparticles can cause damage or death to endothelial cells and cardiomyocytes by inducing oxidative damage to endothelial cells and cardiomyocytes, triggering cardiovascular system inflammation, altering the hydrological characteristics of the bloodstream and affecting the vasomotor function and blood pressure High, accelerate the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, increase the instability of atherosclerotic plaque and promote the formation of thrombus; on the other hand, it may also affect the cardiac autonomic nervous system by mechanisms such as triggering arrhythmia , Myocardial infarction and heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases. This review summarizes the recent advances in the study of the effects of nanoparticles on the cardiovascular system and its mechanisms. It also presents future prospects for further studies on the cytotoxic effects of nanoparticles on cardiovascular cells.
