本文从PPP项目合同性质,合同法中规定的信息披露义务以及政府的监管职能三方面入手,分析得到PPP项目中政府信息披露义务具有显著强制性特征,并结合公共物品理论、新公共管理等理论内容阐释强制性特征的缘由。本文还结合现有部门规范性文件的规定探讨政府信息披露义务的具体内容以及要求。 Based on the nature of the PPP project contract, the information disclosure obligations stipulated in the contract law and the government regulatory functions, this paper analyzes the Obligations and Obligations of Government Information Disclosure in the PPP Project.
