中华航空大厦工程是位于杭州钱江新城的3层地下室的大型基坑项目,其周边紧邻已建的中天大厦、东杭大厦、集美大厦2层地下室以及2条地下通道。该工程开挖深度深、周边环境复杂、场地内障碍物多,围护设计有针对性地根据不同的环境特点采用多种围护形式相结合的方案。根据现场监测及施工情况看,围护设计充分利用了周边地下室存在的有利条件,节省了围护造价,同时确保了基坑自身及周边环境的安全。
The China Aviation Building Project is a large-scale foundation pit project located on the 3-storey basement of Hangzhou’s Qianjiang New City. The surrounding area is adjacent to the existing basement of Zhongtian Building, Donghang Building, Jimei Building and 2 underground passages. The deep excavation of the project, the surrounding environment is complex, many obstacles within the site, enclosure design targeted according to different environmental characteristics using a combination of a variety of envelope form. According to the site monitoring and construction situation, the enclosure design takes full advantage of the favorable conditions of the surrounding basement, saving the cost of the enclosure and ensuring the safety of the foundation pit and the surrounding environment.
