研究了稀土元素La对Cu基金属胎体/金刚石复合材料抗弯强度和粘结性能的影响。结果表明,试验条件下,金属胎体/金刚石复合材料的抗弯强度和粘结性能在La含量为0.32%时达到最大值。分析表明:稀土元素La的加入可减少金属胎体中的孔洞等缺陷,改善金属胎体对金刚石的润湿性,从而可以提高复合材料的强度和粘结性能。
The effect of rare earth La on the flexural strength and bond properties of Cu-based metal matrix / diamond composites was studied. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the flexural strength and the cohesion of the metal matrix / diamond composites reach the maximum when the content of La is 0.32%. The analysis shows that the addition of rare earth element La can reduce defects such as holes in the metal matrix and improve the wettability of the metal matrix to the diamond, thereby improving the strength and the bonding performance of the composite.
