大冶铁矿尖林山采区通风系统节能技术改造课题,是由武钢大冶铁矿、武钢矿山部、治金部安全环保研究院共同承担的,他们针对大冶铁矿尖林山采区原用的单一主扇中央抽出式通风系统不能满足生产需要,主扇和通风系统不匹配、能耗大、通风效果差等问题,深入进行调查研究,综合分析了国内同类型矿山的通风状况和节能风机的研制成果,确定部分变更原通风网路结构,施工新的回风井巷,合理调整上下盘风路,完善通风系统。同时在主要回风井巷采用最佳经济断面和三台风机并联取代单一主扇的装置方式,以及低压补偿电容器补偿电网功率因数等节能技术,较好地达到了预期目标。
