关于白术的抑瘤作用已有报道,但对其机理尚不明了,为了探讨其抑瘤机理,我们进行了动物实验观察,现将结果报告于下。实验材料及方法 (一)实验用药:1.100%白术注射液(系我院中药制剂室制备);2.环磷酰胺(批号860418,上海第十二制药厂生产)。(二)实验用瘤株:为小鼠 S_(180),将瘤细胞接种于小白鼠腹腔内增殖备用。(三)实验动物:由西安医科大学实验动物中心提供,系昆明种小白鼠,体重在19~20克之间。(四)实验治疗方法:按随机分组原则,本实验分为白术防治组(下称白防组)、白术治疗组(下称白治组)、环磷酰胺组(下称环组)和对照组。白防组,在接种瘤细胞前,每日皮下注射白术液0.2毫升,连续14天,然后和其它组小鼠同期接种瘤株,接种时采用单盲法,于每只小鼠肩胛区接种瘤细胞9300个,接种后次日开始进行治疗,白防组和白治组,每日皮下注射白术液0.2毫升;环组按5毫克/公斤/日计算环磷酰胺量,用生理盐水稀释,每日皮下注射一次;对
The anti-tumor effect of Atractylodes macrocephala has been reported, but its mechanism is not yet clear. In order to investigate its anti-tumor mechanism, we conducted animal experiments and reported the results below. Experimental materials and methods (A) experimental drug: 1.100% Atractylodes injection (prepared by the Chinese medicine preparation room in our hospital); 2. (B) experimental tumor strain: for the mouse S_ (180), the tumor cells were inoculated in the mouse intraperitoneal proliferation of spare. (c) Experimental animals: provided by the Experimental Animal Center of Xi’an Medical University, a Kunming species of mice, weighing between 19 and 20 grams. (D) experimental treatment methods: According to the principle of random grouping, this experiment is divided into Atractylodes prevention group (hereinafter referred to as white defense group), Atractylodes treatment group (hereinafter referred to as white governance group), cyclophosphamide group (hereinafter referred to as the ring group) and control group. Baihu group, before the inoculation of tumor cells, daily subcutaneous injection of 0.2 ml Atractylodes liquid for 14 consecutive days, and then inoculated with the same group of mice with other groups of tumors, single-blind method at the time of inoculation, inoculation of tumor in each mouse scapular area 9300 cells were treated on the next day after inoculation.
