平面尺寸链中公差的计算比直线尺寸链中公差的计算复杂，不便应用极值法进行计算。本文应用多元函数的偏微分理论和工艺尺寸链原理，提出一种简化平面尺寸链公差计算的方法，应用此方法可以简捷地计算平面孔系尺寸公差及平面尺寸链中的其它尺寸公差。
Tolerance calculation in plane dimension chain is more complicated than tolerance calculation in linear dimension chain, which is inconvenient to calculate by extreme value method. This paper presents a method of simplifying the calculation of tolerances for plane dimension chains by applying the principle of partial differential of multiple functions and the principle of process dimension chains. This method can be used to calculate the dimensional tolerances of plane hole series and other dimensional tolerances in plane dimensional chain easily.
