目的 了解县 (处 )级以下干部个性特征。方法 对 1 1 6名县 (处 )级和 97名科级以下干部进行 XZW个性问卷调查。结果 两类干部在“理智”和“稳定”特征方面有高度显著性差异 ;个性类型外向感觉理智稳定型与内向感觉理智稳定型 ,两类干部比较有显著性差异。结论 在选拔干部时 ,应以性格结构中包含“理智、稳定”组合的对象为主 ,并着力培养和提高现任中高级领导者性格的理智与稳定特征
Objective To understand the personality characteristics of cadres below the county level. Methods XZW personality questionnaire was conducted on 116 county level cadres and 97 undergraduate level cadres. Results There was a highly significant difference between the two types of cadres in terms of “rational” and “stable” characteristics. The extroversion of personality type was sensible and stable with introversion, and there was significant difference between the two types of cadres. Conclusion In the process of selecting cadres, we should mainly focus on the objects that include the combination of “reason and stability” in the character structure and strive to cultivate and enhance the rational and stable character of current middle- and high-ranking leaders
