山坡露天矿的基建剥离,通常工程量大,穿爆、装运条件差,不少新建矿山由于基建剥离跟不上,采场工作面不能按时形成,影响了矿山投产时间和采场生产能力形成。穿爆工作是剥离的头道工序。一般采用峒室大爆破、中孔爆破等方法。这些爆破方法,都有其局限性。大爆破多用在地形陡峻、坡度较大的大、中型矿山;中孔爆破一般用在地形较缓、坡度较小的矿山。为扬长避短,扩大它们的使用范围,船山石灰石矿采用组合爆破方法,加快了山坡露天矿的基建剥离工作,节约了剥离费用。现作如下探讨。
