通过对铬(Ⅲ)-鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系化学发光反应的研究,建立了一个测定车间空气中铬的高灵敏化学发光分析法.采用正交设计试验找出最佳测定条件。结果显示本法检出限为4×10-11mol/L,对实际样品进行发光测定与石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法相比,结果无显著性差异。
A chemiluminescence method for the determination of chromium in the air of the workshop was established by studying the chemiluminescence reaction of chrome (Ⅲ) -luminum-hydrogen peroxide system. Orthogonal design test to find the best determination of conditions. The results show that the detection limit of this method is 4 × 10-11mol / L, the actual sample for the determination of luminescence and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the results no significant difference.
