实际教育活动中,教师常会为能力强的幼儿预设操作难度较大的材料,给能力弱的幼儿准备容易操作的材料,以达到引导孩子在自己原有基础上得到长足发展的目的。但是在活动过程中,往往会出现能力强的幼儿对对简单的操作材料爱不释手,能力弱的幼儿又偏偏喜欢有难度的操作材料。我认为遇到这种情况,教师应辩证地看幼儿的能力与操作材料的教育功能,恰当地引导幼儿在操作过程中丰富经验,身心和谐、全面地发展。
In actual educational activities, teachers often make it easier for capable young children to preset materials that are more difficult to handle and to prepare easily-manipulated materials for young children with weak capabilities in order to guide their children to make great progress on their own basis. However, in the course of activities, young children who are often able to emerge have a strong desire to put their hands on simple operating materials and those who are weak tend to prefer difficult operating materials. In my opinion, in such a situation, teachers should see the children’s ability and the educational function of material handling dialectically, and properly guide young children to gain rich experience in the operation process and develop harmoniously and comprehensively.
