随着信息化技术的快速发展,如何利用互联网构建地方基层党组织标准化管理系统,从而实现客观、准确地把握地方各级党组织工作推进情况及单项重要工作的落实程度,已成为地方政府必须面对的一项至关重要的课题。本文注重分析基层党组织标准化管理业务流、并利用Web技术设计并实现改系统的主要功能。
