目的探讨治疗性饮食干预对2型糖尿病血糖控制效果的影响。方法选择2010年6月至2011年6月我院住院治疗的2型2型糖尿病患者200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组在营养科指导下给予治疗性饮食干预,对照组给予一般饮食管理,将两组患者的入院时及干预后7d、14d、28d的患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿糖值进行比较分析。结果两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿糖在干预前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗性饮食干预后治疗组的上述相关指标均明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病通过治疗性饮食干预可提供患者的自控饮食能力,起到血糖控制的作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of therapeutic diet intervention on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 200 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). The treatment group received therapeutic diet intervention under the guidance of nutrition department, The control group was given general dietary management. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and urine sugar were compared between the two groups on admission and on the 7d, 14d and 28d after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, and urine glucose between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). The relevant indexes in the treatment group decreased significantly after the treatment intervention All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Type 2 diabetes mellitus can provide self-controlled dietary ability of patients through therapeutic diet intervention and play a role of blood sugar control, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
