“可弯曲手机”“可收卷电视”有望变为现实。最新一期的国际权威性学术期刊《自然—通讯》发表了复旦大学信息科学与工程学院仇志军与刘冉科研团队的一项成果,他们在揭示有机薄膜晶体管(OTFT)性能稳定性机制上取得突破性进展,提出了一种水氧电化学反应与有机薄膜载流子相互作用的统一理论模型,这一成果有望加速柔性电子领域的大规模应用。
