进一步做好培养选拔少数民族干部工作,是一件事关全局的大事,对于正确贯彻民族政策,发展民族进步事业,维护国家的统一和社会稳定,加快民族地区改革开发和经济发展,促进各民族共同繁荣,具有重要的战略意义。但是,少数民族干部无论是数量还是质量发展社会主义市场经济的要求还有不少差距。本文就如何大批地、迅速地培养和促进少数民族干部成长,提出一些思考与对策。
