目的探讨细菌性痢疾的季节性特征以及气温对细菌性痢疾发病的影响。方法应用相关回归统计法和圆形分布法对资料进行研究。结果菌痢的月平均发病构成比与月平均气温呈正相关(r=0.953,P<0.01);福建省菌痢18年r值合计为0.35,发病高峰月为8月,高峰日为8月5日。结论气温对菌痢的发病有直接影响,年平均气温升高,菌痢的发病高峰期延长。福建省菌痢发病季节性特征明显,高峰期持续时间较长。
Objective To investigate the seasonal characteristics of bacterial dysentery and the effect of temperature on the incidence of bacterial dysentery. Methods The data were studied by using regression method and circular distribution method. Results The average monthly incidence of bacillary dysentery was positively correlated with the monthly mean temperature (r = 0.953, P <0.01). The 18 years’ r value of bacillary dysentery in Fujian Province was 0.35, the peak incidence was August and the peak was August 5 day. Conclusion The temperature has a direct impact on the incidence of bacillary dysentery, the average annual temperature increases, the peak incidence of bacillary dysentery is prolonged. The seasonal characteristics of dysentery in Fujian Province are obvious, and the duration of peak period is longer.
