文中介绍了塔外间接空冷器扫描式清洗装置及其控制系统,该清洗装置适用于间接空冷塔外清洗,控制系统通过基于可编程控制器PLC智能控制,其主要负责各执行机构联动并实现与远程DCS通讯;提出利用PID控制系统调节高压泵出水压力方法及高压泵安全保护控制;介绍了塔外间接空冷清洗装置逻辑控制流程。目前该控制系统已应用于国电克拉玛依2×350 MW热电联产工程间接冷却机械通风塔清洗系统,效果良好。
This paper introduces the indirect external air cooler scanning tower cleaning device and its control system, the cleaning device is suitable for indirect air cooling tower cleaning, the control system based on programmable logic controller PLC intelligent control, which is mainly responsible for the linkage of the implementing agencies and to achieve Remote DCS communication; Proposed the use of PID control system to adjust the pressure of high-pressure pump water pressure and high-pressure pump safety protection control; introduced indirect cooling tower outside the logic control flow. The current control system has been applied to the National Karamay 2 × 350 MW cogeneration project indirect cooling mechanical ventilation tower cleaning system, the effect is good.
