Zhejiang Science and Technology Intelligence Institute held the first seminar on the theory and practice of youth intelligence in Hangzhou at the end of June. More than 30 young intelligence workers and library and information technology students of various library information units in the province participated in the seminar and received 24 essays. Essay involves intelligence work system and the status quo, intelligence work reform, paid services, literature and information work, intelligence research and consulting, intelligence means modernization and user research, many articles are written after field research
