目的:探讨磁共振动态扫描技术在诊断颞下颌关节盘移位中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析37例74侧颞下颌关节磁共振扫描病例图像,利用颞下颌关节的动态扫描图像结合静态扫描图像进行颞下关节疾病的综合评价。结果:完成检查的69侧颞下颌关节结构显示清楚,关节盘呈低信号清晰显示,并在动态扫描序列中清楚的显示整个颞下颌关节张闭口的运动过程。结论:磁共振动态扫描技术在对颞下颌关节盘的结构、位置、与周围结构的相互关系和运动动态过程的显示的有着显著地优势,对提高颞下颌关节盘移位(TMJDD)的磁共振诊断准确率有着较高的应用价值,可作为颞下颌关节MR常规扫描的补充。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance dynamic scanning in the diagnosis of temporomandibular joint disc displacement. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 37 cases of 74 cases of temporomandibular joint MRI scan images, the use of temporomandibular joint dynamic scanning images combined with static scan images of subarachnid joint disease comprehensive evaluation. Results: The structure of 69 temporomandibular joints examined showed clearly that the disc showed a low signal clearly and showed clearly the movement process of the entire temporomandibular joint in the dynamic scanning sequence. CONCLUSION: The magnetic resonance dynamic scanning technology has obvious advantages in displaying the relationship between the structure and position of temporomandibular joint discs, the surrounding structures and the dynamic process of TMJ discography. It is of great value in improving the MRI of TMJ disc displacement (TMJDD) Diagnostic accuracy has a high value, can be used as MR temporomandibular joint routine scan complement.
