对北京575名共13个项目的儿童青少年运动员(其中男299人、女276人,年龄在6—26岁)进行了铁营养状况及有关影响因素的系列研究。主要结果:1.儿童青少年运动员的贫血检出率,>14岁组男女的贫血率分别是22.5%和36.9%,≤14岁组男女分别是30.9%和57.9%;分析了运动员缺铁与多种因素有关研究结果提示青少年运动员在系统训练期铁供给量应比一般静态生活者高。作者提出:采用猪血球粉(含有血红蛋白铁)研制成复方血片和全血片治疗运动员缺铁性贫血,一个月后可使Hb提高0.8—1.0g/dL。
A series of studies on iron nutrition status and its related influencing factors were conducted on 575 children and adolescents athletes (299 males and 276 females, aged 6-26 years old) with a total of 575 in Beijing. The main results were as follows: 1. The detection rate of anemia in children and adolescents was 22.5% and 36.9% respectively for men and women in the age group of 14 and 30.9% and 57.9% in the age group of 14 years respectively. Factors related to the results suggest that young athletes in the system of training iron supply should be higher than the average static life. The authors propose: the use of porcine hemoglobin (containing hemoglobin iron) developed into complex blood film and whole blood film treatment of athletes with iron deficiency anemia, a month later can make Hb increased 0.8-1.0g / dL.
