近日,中国地质科学院地质研究所杨经绥研究员与国际同行申请的国际地学计划IGCP-649项目“Diamonds and Recycled Mantle”(金刚石和地幔再循环)获国际地质对比计划科学执行局批准立项。该项目由杨经绥研究员联合美国、澳大利亚、加拿大等国家的6个教授发起,17个国家40余位专家学者参与申请。该项目的组织实施,是地学研究“走出去”迈出的坚实一步,将推动中国蛇绿岩和铬铁矿研究迈入世 Recently, the Geological Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences researcher Yang Jingsui and international counterparts applied for IGCP-649 project “Diamonds and Recycled Mantle” (diamond and mantle recycling) by the International Geological Comparison Program Science Executive Board approved the project. This project was initiated by 6 researchers from Yang Jingsui, including the United States, Australia and Canada. More than 40 experts and scholars from 17 countries participated in the project. The implementation of this project is a solid step for geoscience research “going out ” and will push the research on ophiolites and chromites in China into the world
