北京市“十二五”规划明确提出要率先在全国形成创新驱动的发展格局,深化产业结构调整、切实做到高端引领将成为重要途径之一。本文通过对京、沪、苏、浙、鲁、粤六个国内高技术大省的高技术制造业竞争力进行比较,提出北京高技术制造业应着力于巩固现有优势,并创造新的优势。
The “Twelfth Five-year Plan” of Beijing Municipality explicitly proposes that it should take the lead in forming an innovation-driven development pattern throughout the country, and deepen the readjustment of industrial structure and effectively achieve high-end leadership will become one of the important channels. This article compares the competitiveness of high-tech manufacturing in six domestic high-tech provinces such as Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Guangdong, and suggests that Beijing’s high-tech manufacturing industry should focus on consolidating existing advantages and creating new advantages .
