针对复材模壳-混凝土组合桥面板中复材利用率低和界面黏结性能不足等关键问题,提出了一种新型预应力复材模壳-混凝土组合桥面板结构。首先通过有限元分析得到复材模壳的优化截面形式。并通过预应力复材板条对模壳施加预应力,使其产生反拱,减小其在施工荷载下的挠度变形。最后通过模壳施工荷载模拟试验和组合桥面板静力性能试验,验证了这种新型组合桥面板良好的力学性能。
Aiming at the key problems such as the low utilization ratio of composite materials and the insufficient bonding performance of the interface in the composite shell-concrete composite bridge deck, a new prestressed composite shell-concrete composite bridge deck structure is proposed. First, through the finite element analysis, the optimized cross section of the composite shell is obtained. Prestressed composite slats are used to prestress the formwork so as to reverse the arch and reduce its deflection under construction load. Finally, through the mold construction load simulation test and combined deck static test, the good mechanical performance of the new composite deck is verified.
