当前,随着国有企业改革的进一步深化,工会工作遇到了一些新情况和新问题。主要表现在:一、在社会转型期,职工的思想矛盾和思想观念变化等问题比较突出。二是劳动力市场化后出现的一些劳资矛盾,以及由此引发的职工思想波动如何处理的现实问题。三是下岗职工再就业难的问题。四是随着所有制形式的多样化,多种经济成分错综复杂,不同企业中职工地位、工会工作定位必然各不相同,需要各级工会加紧研究。在这种新形势下,工会工作不是无所作为,而是大有可为。工会组织必须探索全新的工会工作模
At present, with the further deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, trade unions have encountered some new situations and problems. Mainly manifested in: First, in the social transition period, the workers’ ideological contradictions and changes in ideological and other issues more prominent. Second, some labor-management conflicts that have emerged since the labor market was marketed, and the practical problems arising from how the workers’ ideological fluctuations have been dealt with. Third, laid-off workers re-employment difficult problem.
