目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用卡非佐米含量的方法。方法:使用Waters symmetry C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,样品溶剂为甲醇,流动相为0.05%三氟乙酸水-乙腈(57∶43),流速为1.0 ml·min-1,波长210 nm,柱温25℃,进样体积10!l。结果:结果卡非佐米线性范围为120~600μg·ml-1(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为0.24%(n=9)。结论:本方法能够快速有效地测定注射用卡非佐米的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of carfentzol for injection. Methods: The sample was methanol with a mobile phase of 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid water-acetonitrile (57:43) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 on a Waters symmetry C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 210 nm, column temperature 25 ℃, injection volume 10! L. Results: The linear range of cardafizil was 120-600 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 100.4%. The RSD was 0.24% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method can quickly and effectively determine the content of carfemide for injection.
