我厂是具有40年历史的中型综合性化工企业。有职工1100多人,生产钛白粉、涤纶树脂、合成树脂漆等11个品种,主产品钛白粉年产5000吨,居全国同行业之首,远销美国、日本等9个国家和地区。 1984年我厂实行厂长负责制,同年7月又经批准实行工资总额与经济效益挂钩浮动办法。为适应经济体制改革的需要,在企业内部进行了领导体制、干部制度、劳动制度分配制度等一系列改革,以强化管理机制。
Our factory is a medium-sized comprehensive chemical enterprise with a history of 40 years. There are more than 1,100 employees, producing titanium dioxide, polyester resin, synthetic resin paint and other 11 varieties, the main product of titanium dioxide with an annual output of 5,000 tons, ranking first in the country with the industry, are exported to the United States, Japan and other nine countries and regions. In 1984, our factory implemented the director responsibility system, and in July of the same year, it was approved to implement the floating method linked to the total salary and economic benefits. In order to meet the needs of economic restructuring, a series of reforms, including the leadership system, the cadre system, and the labor system distribution system, have been carried out within the company to strengthen the management mechanism.
