企业是预定劳动契约与合作契约（分工方式的认可与执行）的浓缩结点，企业是人类产生和实践平等契约行为的温床，它是人类文明进步的一个阶段性的里程碑。有没有真正意义上的企业，或社会能不能由真正意义上的企业构成并稳定地发展社会经济，是这个社会文明进步与否的标志之一
Enterprise is the condensation point of scheduled labor contract and cooperation contract (recognition and enforcement of division of labor). Enterprise is a hotbed of human being's generation and practice of equal contract. It is a milestone of the progress of human civilization. There is no real sense of the enterprise, or society can not be constituted by the real sense of the enterprise and the steady development of social economy, is one of the hallmarks of social civilization progress or not
