随着我国基础教育体制改革的不断深化,预算管理作为中小学财务管理的重要组成部分,越来越受到人们的关注。本文首先分析了当前地方中小学校预算管理存在的问题,然后提出了相关的完善对策:创新财务管理模式、加强预算编制、严格预算执行、强化预算监督检查和提高预算人员素质。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the basic education system in our country, budget management, as an important part of financial management in primary and secondary schools, attracts more and more attention. This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the budget management of local primary and secondary schools, and then puts forward the relevant countermeasures: innovating the financial management mode, strengthening the budget preparation, strict budget implementation, strengthening budget supervision and inspection and improving the quality of budget personnel.
