新课程标准指出,每个学生都是学习的主人。由此可见,传统教学中的以教师为教学主导地位的教学模式已经无法满足现如今素质教育的新要求,教学中提倡人人平等,每个学生都要在平等的基础上得到不同的发展。作为教育工作者,教师应该是引路者、指导者、带路者,但绝不是决策者、执行者。教师应该让学生以主人翁的态度去学习数学,通过自己动手实践、动脑思考来学习数学、实践数学、体验数学,让学生成为真正学习数学的主人。本文从小学数学教学现状出发,分析在小学数学教学中存在的一些问题,并结合教学经验提出了一些解决的措施,旨在提高小学数学教学的质量。
The new curriculum standard states that each student is the master of learning. Thus it can be seen that the traditional teaching mode in which teachers are dominant in teaching can no longer satisfy the new requirements of today’s quality education. All students should be promoted in teaching, and each student should develop differently on the basis of equality. As educators, teachers should be guides, mentors and leadgers, but by no means decision-makers and executives. Teachers should let students take the attitude of masters to study maths, learn maths through hands-on practice, brainstorming, practice maths, experience mathematics, and make students become masters of real maths learning. Based on the current situation of primary school mathematics teaching, this article analyzes some problems in primary school mathematics teaching and puts forward some solutions to improve the quality of primary school mathematics teaching.
